SECTION A CREATOR & WEBINAR SERVICES

1 Scope (Creator-Side)

This section applies to Creator wallet funding, webinar fees, renewals, and platform service charges. These payments are made directly to AffiGon for infrastructure access.

2 Creator Wallet Funding

AffiGon operates a prepaid wallet model. Funds added to a Creator’s wallet are non-refundable once credited as resources are provisioned immediately. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

3 Webinar Fees & Optional Integration

Webinar creation and renewal fees are non-refundable once the webinar has been created or scheduled. This applies regardless of attendance or sales performance. Webinar hosting is an optional infrastructure service.

SECTION B MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

4 Digital Product Sales

AffiGon provides the marketplace infrastructure for independent Vendors. Due to the digital nature of products (courses, templates, downloads), refunds are limited and typically granted only for duplicate charges, misrepresented content, or technical delivery failures.

5 Transaction Safety & Payout Lock

To protect against fraud, all marketplace revenue is subject to a 4-day pending lock before withdrawal eligibility. This allows for verification of transaction legitimacy and processing of valid refund requests.

6 Affiliate Clawbacks

Upon refund approval, associated affiliate commissions are reversed immediately. If commissions have been withdrawn, the amount will be deducted from future earnings (Clawback), and balances may go negative.

SECTION C PROTECTION & DISPUTES

7 Abuse Monitoring & Risk Signals

AffiGon’s fraud engine monitors for repeated purchases by the same IP/fingerprint, self-purchase patterns, and high refund ratios. Accounts triggering safety thresholds may face payout freezes or permanent suspension.

8 Chargeback Policy

Users must contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account bans and wallet forfeiture.
