AffiGon currently operates as a platform that allows Creators to fund their accounts in order to activate features and create webinars. At this stage, AffiGon does not process sales of digital products to end-users, and does not facilitate consumer purchases.

1 Scope of This Policy

This policy covers:

Creator account funding
Webinar creation fees
Platform service charges related to webinars

This policy does not apply to consumer purchases, affiliate commissions, partner payouts, or digital product sales.

2 Creator Account Funding

2.1 Non-Refundable Funding

Funds added to a Creator’s AffiGon wallet are non-refundable once credited. Wallet funds are used exclusively for account activation, webinar creation, and other platform services.

3 Webinar Creation Fees

3.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Fees charged for webinar creation are non-refundable once the webinar has been created or scheduled. This includes initial setup fees and renewals.

4 Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or verified technical failures. These are granted solely at AffiGon’s discretion.

5 Cancellation of Webinars

Creators may cancel a webinar; however, cancellation does not entitle the Creator to a refund. Any fees already charged remain non-refundable.
